# Fixed-scope services, not an open-ended timesheet

CRM Exit sells defined decisions and migration outcomes. Hourly billing is reserved for approved work outside the signed scope.

## CRM Exit Audit

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before work begins. The Audit covers inventory, business case, risk assessment, recommendation, and an exit proposal.

## Shadow Proof

Quoted after the Audit defines the source, objects, data volume, integrations, and proof criteria. It includes representative backfill, supported incremental sync, initial reconciliation, and a feasibility report. It does not include production cutover.

## Verified CRM Exit

Quoted as a fixed project after the Audit establishes migration scope, acceptance gates, responsibilities, and cutover requirements. Salesforce, custom, and enterprise work follows the same evidence-first proposal process.

## Managed Independence

Priced from the agreed infrastructure, availability, storage, backup, support, extensions, and operating requirements. The proposal separates recurring platform operation from migration work.

## Self-hosted MBR

Self-hosting costs depend on the customer's infrastructure, operational ownership, extensions, and support choices. These costs are separated clearly in the proposal.

## Changes and additional work

Out-of-scope work requires a written change order with its price and effect on delivery dates agreed before the additional work starts. Core migration work remains fixed scope.

## Payment milestones

Example for Verified Exit:

- 20% on project start.
- 30% when Shadow Mode is operating.
- 30% when reconciliation/UAT gates pass.
- 20% after verified cutover/stabilization milestone.

Final terms belong in the proposal and contract.
