CRM Exit by Move Big Rocks

CRM Exit exists because leaving is harder than buying

CRM platforms are easy to enter and difficult to leave. The difficulty is not simply exporting contacts. It is discovering the data, relationships, workflows, integrations, permissions, and operating assumptions that accumulated around the platform.

CRM Exit turns that uncertainty into a controlled method: build the business case, inventory dependencies, prove the destination with current data, reconcile both environments, and control cutover.

Move Big Rocks

Move Big Rocks is the default landing platform behind CRM Exit. It is designed around customer operations, including customer records, cases, queues, conversations, forms, knowledge, automation, APIs, auditing, and extensions.

The intended commercial model is a useful free self-hosted core, paid premium extensions and support, and an optional managed service. Final licence and package claims require approval before publication.

Principles

  • Recommend staying when the evidence supports staying.
  • Report unsupported data and behavior explicitly.
  • Keep one authoritative system at each transition phase.
  • Measure readiness rather than asserting completion.
  • Separate infrastructure cost from service and software value.
  • Give customers an operational handover and data-export path.
  • Charge for outcomes, capabilities, convenience, and assurance, not captivity.
