CRM Exit by Move Big Rocks

Leave HubSpot with your customer history intact

CRM Exit helps you decide whether to stay, renegotiate, or leave HubSpot, and gives you a verified migration path when exiting is the right decision.

Move supported data into MBR while HubSpot remains authoritative. Reconcile both environments continuously. Cut over only after agreed checks pass.

01

What a HubSpot exit must inventory

A project-specific inventory may include:

  • contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, line items, and custom objects;
  • custom properties, property types, enumerations, and calculation dependencies;
  • object associations and association labels;
  • owners, teams, pipelines, stages, and permissions;
  • notes, calls, meetings, tasks, emails, and other engagements;
  • files and attachments;
  • forms, lists, segments, subscriptions, and consent records;
  • workflows, branches, delays, custom-code actions, and webhooks;
  • Service Hub routing, inboxes, knowledge, SLAs, and customer portal dependencies;
  • Marketing Hub campaigns, assets, scoring, attribution, and contact-tier economics;
  • Operations Hub synchronization and transformation logic;
  • external applications, private apps, OAuth integrations, and middleware;
  • reports, dashboards, and source-ID dependencies.

The final scope depends on the HubSpot products, editions, APIs, permissions, and retention available to the customer.

02

What may not move directly

Some vendor-managed behaviors, calculated values, marketing assets, workflow internals, historical events, or third-party app data may not have a direct destination representation. CRM Exit classifies each item as:

  • direct mapping;
  • transformed mapping;
  • reconstructed workflow;
  • archived evidence;
  • replaced capability;
  • unsupported exception requiring a business decision.

We do not hide exceptions behind a generic “migration complete” status.

03

HubSpot Shadow Mode

  1. HubSpot remains authoritative.
  2. Historical supported data is backfilled into MBR.
  3. Supported changes are synchronized incrementally.
  4. External MBR actions are suppressed or routed safely.
  5. Counts, content, associations, files, and selected workflows are reconciled.
  6. Users validate MBR with current data.
  7. A final delta and go/no-go process controls cutover.

Build the HubSpot exit business case

Include actual costs for:

  • hubs and editions;
  • core/premium seats;
  • marketing-contact or usage tiers;
  • add-ons, domains, storage, calling, AI/credit usage where relevant;
  • external apps and middleware;
  • partner/consultant services;
  • internal CRM administration;
  • expected renewal changes;
  • one-time exit and change-management costs;
  • full MBR infrastructure, operation, extensions, and support.

The Audit compares staying, renegotiating, moving to another SaaS CRM, Managed MBR, and self-hosted MBR.

Frequently asked questions

Can you migrate everything from HubSpot?

CRM Exit migrates data and behavior made available through documented exports/APIs and included in the agreed scope. The Audit identifies elements that require transformation, reconstruction, archival, replacement, or exception handling.

Will HubSpot and MBR both be writable?

Normally HubSpot remains authoritative during Shadow Mode. Unrestricted bidirectional synchronization is avoided because it creates conflict and ownership ambiguity.

How long does an exit take?

The Audit produces a project-specific estimate. Data volume alone is not enough; workflows, integrations, customizations, permissions, data quality, and acceptance requirements drive duration.

Is MBR free?

The intended model is a useful free self-hosted core, paid extensions/support, and optional managed hosting. Publish final language only after licences and packages are approved.
