Salesforce/custom/enterprise work receives a fixed proposal after Audit.

Price from infrastructure, availability, storage, backup, support, extension, and operational requirements. Do not invent a low headline price before the managed cost model exists.

Core software intended to be free under an approved licence. Customer pays infrastructure and any premium extensions/support selected. Publish final language only after legal/licensing decisions.

Changes and additional work

Out-of-scope work requires a written change order. A possible senior rate of $125–$175/hour may be used for exceptions, pending commercial approval; never use it to avoid scoping the core migration.

Payment milestones

  • 20% on project start.
  • 30% when Shadow Mode is operating.
  • 30% when reconciliation/UAT gates pass.
  • 20% after verified cutover/stabilization milestone.
